The
United Nations will promote this agreement for the
decontamination
of outer space, with special emphasis on terrestrial
orbital
space, among all its member countries as soon as
possible.
1-
From the approval by simple majority of this
Agreement, the
continuity
of intensive launches of satellites in low orbit will
be prohibited.
2-
The countries responsible for said launches will
proceed to
allocate
funds for the development of efficient space
technologies for the
collection
of orbital garbage and the removal of deactivated
satellites.
3-
New geostationary orbits at 36,000 km will be
prioritized. high
and
from 12,000 kms. Installing and activating new
satellites of great size
and
capacity, with high technology, to provide the needs
of
telecommunications
and the survey of planetary data.
4-
Highly polluting rocket propellants from the
atmosphere will be
prohibited,
being replaced by mostly sustainable fuels.

de Acuerdo Internacional para descontaminar el
espacio
exterior
Naciones
Unidas impulsará el presente acuerdo de
descontaminación
del espacio exterior, con especial énfasis en el
espacio
orbital
terrestre, entre todos sus países miembros a la mayor
brevedad.
1-
A
partir de la aprobación por mayoría simple de este
Acuerdo,
se prohibirá la continuidad de lanzamientos
intensivos
de satélites en órbita baja.
2-
Se
procederá a asignar fondos por parte de los países
responsables
por dichos lanzamientos, para el desarrollo
de
tecnologías espaciales eficaces para la recolección
de la
basura
orbital y el retiro de los satélites desactivados.
3-
Se
priorizarán nuevas orbitas geoestacionarias a 36.000
kms.
de altura y a partir de los 12.000 kms. Instalando y
activando
nuevos satélites de gran tamaño y capacidad,
con
alta tecnología, para proveer a las necesidades de
las
telecomunicaciones
y el sondeo de datos planetarios.
4-
Se
prohibirán los propelentes de cohetes altamente
contaminantes
de la atmósfera, siendo reemplazados por
combustibles
mayormente sustentables.

Se preservarán los espacios orbitales de los planetas
y lunas de
nuestro
sistema solar.
2-
Se reglamentará la minería lunar y en cualquier otro
punto del

Se crearán organismos de fiscalización y control
para la
explotación
y transporte de recursos a nivel interplanetario.

Se prohibirá toda colonización y explotación de
recursos en
lunas,
planetas o exoplanetas, donde sean descubiertas formas
de
vida nativas avanzadas.

Se prohibirá la utilización de la ingeniería genética
avanzada para
producir
seres humanos mutantes mejor adaptados a las
condiciones
rigurosas del espacio y los viajes prolongados.

Se evitará la apropiación de los recursos existentes
en el sistema
solar
y en sistemas extrasolares, por parte de los países y
el
capital;
serán declarados bienes en propiedad de toda la raza
